Day 1 : Run for the Prize

I Corinthians 9:24

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. (KJV)

The most important lesson I learned today is to move forward if you’re aiming the goal. The first step starts with you. Just this evening, after I went home from work, I felt exhausted but I reminded myself of my 10-day work out challenge. I can lay on my bed anytime I want. I don’t have to feel pain and discomfort of work out training. What I did was to stand from the chair where I sat, tied up my shoe and went upstairs to work out.

I finished four sets of: 5 Pull bars, 20 push ups, 1 minute planking, 20 shots of lifting 50 kg weights and 20 sit ups. It was hard, but I made it!!β™¨οΈπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š

On my first work out, I started it with just 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 1 minute squat ( all 3 sets.)

We are all running our race in different routes. We faint, we felt pain and we cried so much tears. But one thing is for sure, you’ll win if you don’t quit. So run that ye may obtain the prize!
